Whenever we have pencil with us, we have to remove the extra lines that we have created. Similarly in SketchUp we have it is a tool through which we can make our model more clear and delete unnecessary lines. So, to use eraser layer, we have this particular tool you can see we have we can select the eraser tool from the tool bars as well as we can go into two and there is an option regarding to eraser and the hotkey for eraser is E. so we can directly select eraser from here and you can see the logo how it changes to in the logo similar to an old eraser that is usually pink used to be so we can use this to erase extra lines. So how to use it when we hover around this particular extranet consider this is an extra time And we need to raise it, go over it, left click and leave it so it will delete that particular line.

Similarly to this one I'll just left click and it will add that particular line. So you can erase unnecessary lines with eraser. And one one more thing that we can use eraser with to make things make guidelines and erase it later. Like I need to create a do of Windows something here. So I will line two, I will make a guideline and I will make a door here and Okay, and here, I'll make some window. Even here I just have to show you the example how to use this eraser as a guideline here.
