It's time to recognize and be who you really are. Let's step into a larger dimension of yourself and awaken to the part of yourself that exists beyond the physical dimension. And then deeply connect with that part of you. That is the individualization of that great universal source of life, from which all things come. Once awakened and connected to this reality, you're then able to access the love the wisdom, the power of Divine Presence, that resides within you for guidance, inspiration, and powerful deliberate creation. As we've already established everything is energy which can neither be created nor destroyed, it only changes forms.
As an example of how one substance can take on various forms. Let's look at h2o. Water is commonly In its liquid form, but if you increase the vibrational frequency with heat, it becomes steam. And if you slow down the vibrational frequency with cold, it becomes ice. But it's still h2o. You too, have vibrational frequencies.
Your physical body is dense matter. Your thoughts, emotions and memories are energy that vibrates at a higher vibration than your physical body. Therefore, you don't see them with your physical eyes. Yet you experience them and except for your subconscious, you're consciously aware of them acting within you. Then there's the part of you that is of a higher vibrational frequency yet and that is the part of you refer to earlier is being made in the image and the likeness of the one source. It is your super intelligence, or super conscious or Divine Self however you choose to look at it.
I am the words that indicate consciousness and awareness of self. If you consider the life forms on Earth, humans are the only ones that can say I am. Humans are the only ones that can make conscious choices that impact who they are, or who they can become. Now, all other forms of life have sensitivity and survival instincts. Some even have higher levels of intelligence, but they are basically subject to their nature. Some may exceed the usual boundaries of their species, but still, they do not possess the power to choose as men and women do.
In 1943, Abraham Maslow wrote a paper entitled A theory of human motion. motivation, which was published in the psychological review. His paper contained what he called the hierarchy of human needs. And this hierarchy that is typically shown in a triangle diagram is endorsed until today. But what I find interesting is that Maslow, who outlined these five levels of needs starting from the bottom of the pyramid, as physiological safety, love and belonging, esteem, and self actualization. He later criticized his own vision of self actualization.
In his later years, he explored even further dimensions of needs, and in describing self transcendence stated the self only finds its actualization in giving itself to some higher goal, outside ones In altruism and spirituality, so even he recognized at the end of his life, that there is more to just what we see and experience in the physical level. The poet Rumi said, journey for himself with a little s to self with a biggest and find the mine of gold. Why should I seek? I am the same as he, his essence speaks through me. I have been looking for myself. Your exercise for this lesson is to create five different I am statements for personal qualities that you want to develop or reinforce.
And then repeat them daily. Now, you're not speaking idle words, but you do this with the full recognition that you are calling upon your higher self. Your Divine Self to create these conditions. So you realize now that it's very important what words you use after saying the words I am even in your everyday conversations. We have more, I'll be sharing with you on the power of your words ahead in another lesson. But for now, go ahead, create these Im statements and speak from the power of your higher self.
See you in the next lesson.
