In this exercise, we're going to focus on your intuitive responses. I'm going to ask you a series of questions. And whatever comes up for you remember, whatever comes up first is usually the most accurate. So whatever comes up for you, I want you to record after each question in your journal, that answer. Now, I'm going to pause for a few seconds in between each of these questions, but you're going to have to pause the tape so that you have adequate ample time to write your response. Before you go on to the next question.
That's very important. So take that time. Now I'd like to begin before we begin this entire series of exercise to just get more centered and focused and relaxed. So take a nice deep breath now and hold it a couple seconds. And then let it go. Exhaling completely and just relaxing.
Once again, take a nice deep breath, hold it a couple seconds, release it and relax even more just become very, very present with your physical body. One more deep breath before we begin this series, hold it, and then relax so that you're even more deeply, deeply relaxed. Then just close your eyes. Allow your attention to fall into your heart space and feel that very peaceful awareness of self. And just put your attention upon your physical body where you are sitting right in the chair right now. And let's begin.
First question, in what ways are you creative? In what ways are you unique What things do you dream up doing? What do you dream of being? Do you admire? What do you admire most about them? What are the most important things in your life today?
That concludes this first exercise so you can move on to the next one now.
