And the day you were born is important because that's your opportunity to become the fullness of who you are meant to be, and to contribute your unique purpose and gifts to the world. And of course, the day you find out, it's like a new birth. It gives you that opportunity it leads to the fulfillment of that purpose. To get started, First you'll need a journal, very important in this course. So always Have a pen and a journal ready for each lesson as you go through it. And be sure to go through the lessons in order because they do build upon each other.

Now, the lessons are short and I keep them that way for your convenience for your time schedule, but also, I find that bite sized information with action actually helps you to absorb the information a lot more. So complete all of the exercises, I highly encourage you to please involve yourself in the entire process so that you can come out with the results that you are wanting.
