You’ll learn the top leadership problems and how to avoid them; including lack of a clear vision, poor execution and communication, lack of alignment, and lack of accountability. By the end of the course, you and your team will understand how to focus on your vision and see it through to fruition.
In addition, you’ll be able to apply accountability to every project, team, and overall mission as you learn how to keep a pulse on your organization. Part of this course will go over developing your top measurements of success for your organization and for each individual department if you have a larger team.
