Our beliefs shape our perceptions. I'm going to repeat this because it's going to get a bit technical, our beliefs, that is to say what we think on a daily basis, shapes, our perceptions, the way we see or hear things. So the way we perceive ourselves highly depends on what we believe about ourselves. If you believe yourself to be really, really not good looking, you will always see yourself like this. If you believe everyone to be pregnant right now, are you about to be pregnant, you will only see women who are pregnant as well. If you're really looking forward to that car, right, the car you really like you will start seeing that car everywhere.
So the way you perceive the world highly depends on our mindset and our beliefs. This is why it's so important to work on that part first, especially if you carry beliefs that are not truly yours, but beliefs that have taken over from other people. Again, promotions, everything we've talked about so far. So in the following exercise, you're going to take a really proper look at your body. And I want you to really look with neutral eyes, not with any kind of beliefs about it. What do you like about yourself, and what might possibly be subject to some improvements or possibilities for improvement?
But most of all, I wanted to focus on what you really like about yourself. And I want you to find 10 things that you really like about yourself. And once you've found them, write them on a paper, put the paper somewhere that you see Every day and you're going to repeat this to yourself every day, morning and evening what you like about yourself. There will be no video in the next exercise because I want you to stand in front of a mirror. Ideally, with as few clothes as possible. do it on your own.
Make sure no one else around you No one's disturbing you switch off your cell phone, take yourself these 10 minutes or maybe a bit more to really start loving yourself. And I will be talking in the background and guiding you through this exercise.
