Salsa is one of the most fun and exciting sports that you can do, in my opinion. But still, it's a sport so it tends to use some specific muscles more than others. In order to avoid hurting yourself or getting pain later on, I recommend you do a number of stretches, maybe before but it's especially after long parties before going to bed that will help you relax your muscles and stretch them so you don't get muscle pain, cramps or anything of the kind. So, basically what salt does, it gives you a lot of tension in the back part of your body plus the quadriceps and your legs, like your legs, sorry. So what you want to do as a free stretch is just to relax this part by letting go your head pulling down easily. And if you want you can use just the weight of the arms.

No Pushing here. Allow me to pull down and you just keep breathing and allow that stress to loosen your back. I can feel it from here to here now. So this might be different for every one of you. But in any case, this is a very, very good stretch to start with. Next, you will probably with that some heels you will shorten on your basic stretch to do here is by taking away pushing you to the front.

You basically know this, I guess you take care that you have a nice together and that you're pushing your hips to the front, looks like this from the side, knees together and pushing your hips to the front like this by going front as you can Hold it without, you know holding yourself. Make sure you hit a wall for someone to hold on to. See don't fall. The next stretch I want to show you is again for all people whether you have back problems or not we're doing is we're stretching the back, legs lying down. So however, the thing is that you're kind of pushing your back a bit together. So again, if you have problems with your back, really take care with this exercise, maybe do not do it or if you do it, no Polish just about breathing and relaxing as always threats to do not push, try to relax and let go.
