What we practice first is using our hips with our legs. So when you step on the right, your hip is going to go the other way, which is the left. Look at this natural position, step, natural, and step. The same happens to the other side. You start on the left, and you go to the right, step, and it goes out. Natural attitude goes out.
It's awesome. We do this all the time just with the steps. So watch a lot of practice for a start is just to step and always make sure it goes to the other side.
