The next movement I'm going to show you is what I call smoothly to see. And it's some sort of eccentric movement on 135, and seven. So basically what we do is look at with our clips of our movements, and we always put an accent on those counts looks like this 1357. So what we do for each of my arms is just that 1357 and I'd use my arms touching yourself a bit doesn't have to be to match whatever you feel comfortable with. It can also just keep your arms here somewhere safe, but make sure they're not hanging around. Whether you do this during to the right or to the left, depends on where you're at.
