This is me without any make up any reducing or any of the kind. I did not do my hair. I'm not wearing anything special. And there's absolutely no makeup on my face. Now, do you think I'm ugly? I'm pretty sure you don't?
Well, first of all because of social reasons, and it's not nice to believe someone to be ugly. But I think far more importantly, because I don't believe myself to be ugly. It took me quite a lot of work to get to this point, especially as you might have seen, I have very small boobs, and this has been an issue in my life for many, many years. Then I started musical theater acting. I had ballet classes with my classmates twice a week and was not allowed to wear a push up round. But only about a Trico and tights.
So basically you can see like everything and it's more or less like standing naked in front of mirror with 20 other people. So that was the moment where there was no more space for body shaming, or hiding anything. And that was also when I faced my own body shaming, and started to work on it and figure out that Yeah, my boobs are small, but it does not make me ugly in any way. In this section, I want to talk to you about beauty, about confidence and most of all about feeling really beautiful and amazing in your body. Because you are and it's if you take nothing away from this course, but this Believe me, you are No matter what you look like you can find your own unique beauty. Why?
Because beauty is not so much about physics or how we build where we got or we do not have. It's about you perceiving yourself and then ultimately using it in a nice way to allow others to see you. So let's dig deeper into this topic.
