This tutorial is about creating a survey form, but we aren't going to use multiple choice grid and even we are not going to use the box grid answer type rather we are going to use questions with other answer types. In this case we are going to take advantage of sections. So, for each question we are going to add a new section and in this manner the length of the form will be reduced. Moreover, it will increase the concentration of the respondent towards the question that is being displayed on the screen. So, we are going to add one question in one section.

In this tutorial, we are going to consider Students satisfication survey as an example, how actually grabbed a few of the questions from the internet for this example. Let us start by adding the title. And next I will start with a question saying what was the best part of your experience? So offer adding a question, I'm going to change the answer type to paragraph. And let me make this cushion as required. After that, instead of adding a new version, I will be adding a new section and make sure to select this option saying continue to next section from this drop down.

So by selecting this option, you're confirming that after section one, the user will be directed to the next section, instead of submitting the form or going to some other section Okay, so I'm going to remove the title of this section and I'm going to add a new question so how added the question and I have selected the answer type as paragraph as the type offer that I'm going to add a new section and I will add few more questions. And after adding all the questions, I will show you the preview of the form and you will experience how it will be while we are going to fill it. So I how completely added all the cushions. As a third question, I have added a rating bar where the student will be able to rate the food selection and or as the leader I've added a few of the images of food items.

And below that how, again added a rating bar where the student can write about the living conditions. And the form ends with a rating bar where the student can provide a rating for the overall university experience. Now offer showing you all the questions that are added. Let me go to the preview section and show you how this form will be. So here is our first question which says what was the best part of your experience? And let me add something as an answer.

So offer clicking the Next button. The student will be mode to a next section where he has to provide an answer for another person. So by This way the respondent of the form will be able to see only one question at a time, and his full concentration will be at that question. You must see how beautiful this rating bar looks when it is only a single question being displayed on this screen. The user may also go back to change answer for the previous question. Finally, this is the last question and instead of Next, the user can happily submit this form.

So, this is another way you can create a good survey form. You may either use single section with those surveys Answer types as multiple choice grid or big box grid orals, you can create a survey in this manner.
