Florida Real Estate Continuing Education Course is a 14-hour course specifically designed for Florida real estate brokers and associates and for the fulfillment of their continuing education requirements. The course complies with FREC requirements and specifications for content coverage and final examinations. The topic summaries are clear, simple, and relevant, and will keep you abreast of the industry's newest trends, developments, and new evolutions including the required core law and ethics.
The course must be completed within one year after registration.
No additional textbooks or materials are required to complete the course.
A licensed instructor is available by phone or email to answer any questions.
A student may take their time with each section at his or her own pace with no time requirements.
The final exam is comprised of thirty open-book questions online.
A Certificate of Completion is provided upon passing the final exam and results will be reported to DBPR.
This course includes core law and business ethics required to renew your license.
