Petal so we're going to do a kind of cheap self massage. And as you might know, from acupressure or acupuncture with different points in the body that we can start to stimulate, stimulate our whole nervous system, our, our cheap energy system, right and we're going to stimulate this also with gently tapping on these different areas. Now, in this practice, it's really important to keep relaxed, open mindset so that you're reprogramming all the nerves in your body, reprogram your whole body to feel open, relaxed and happy. And as I said already in the other videos in this interview Cosmic smile is kind of smiling with the heart where you generate a feeling of peacefulness and contentment while we are tapping on the different parts of the body, right. So, we're going to start up with the ridge of our head with our finger, which is the end, kind of tap it kind of smilingly tapping on those points on top of the head, and gently, we're going to go towards the back side of the head, gently tapping near what's called the heavenly drums.
Stepping on the backside of the head on these edges of the skull. So we're gonna move the fingertips towards the temples, and gently tapping here on the temples, kind of smilingly stepping above the eyebrows. Underneath the eyebrows, stimulating the whole blood flow in the face stimulating the nerves and energy channels, gently tapping out along the line of the jaw. A lot of nerves here come together in the jaw. Stepping on the jaw for just about the lips, underneath the nose for going out with the front side of the lower fingers here tapping on the thyroid gland and the front side of the neck. smilingly tapping was the back side of the neck.
One was the chest here, and now with our fingers on the chest bone. See protecting our hearts, smiling towards the heart in detecting nice greeting in on the size of the ribs that you deeply breathe. That being here, the lungs, the cage. also going to stimulate the arms with the right hand with a loose fist gently tapping on the inside of the upper arm. lower arm with the hand also, outside of the left arm up Switching left, all the way inside and outside. These parts of the fingers rotating along the spine in circles like this. Couple more circles than bringing the same risky a little bit further down just above the buttocks. My hip bones are just on the side they're finding with the knuckles kind of spot where you can really massage deeply into the size of your politics. Some people this area can be very tight, some not skinny Dare you find out what your knuckles and give them a good massage with these loose fists, the thing the size of the legs up legs. Shin bone is here it means the calf muscle about here this is where it tried to set up 35 years you have our lymph nodes here, a lot of them live. we stimulate them here, tapping them smiling. On one hand in a fist the other hand over the face we're going to rotate one direction, in start up anti clockwise after that we do with clockwise, rotating, massaging the abdominal area, direction as well. relax for a couple of breaths feel your body with the eyes close you can view how you stimulate the blood flow the nervous system, the energy system in the body. Take a moment to just relax and meditate, everything settle and have to drink a glass of lukewarm water to cleanse the release toxins from the body. cleansing the energy system like that as well.
