So friends after doing a nice moving session, really take your time to sit, you can do some breathing as well. But after that, take some time to just feel to let everything settle. It's very, very important part of the Chiku as well. So it's a wonderful thing to do. It should not be that you feel like I have to sit still and I have to do this. Now enjoy.

You're sitting you've been opening up everything in the body. There's all these, these energy flows through the body that if you take your time you learn to feel and like I said before, nothing spectacular. No lightning and firework don't look for anything. Feeling just alive is already a wonderful thing. Feeling the heart pulsating. In the fingertips, there are signals flowing through the whole body that's constantly communicating with your brain flows of electric signals flows of other types of energy flowing through the body.
