So this video, we're going to check our custom ring here for make sure it's 3d printable. So to do that, make sure you have it selected, hit tab, and now we're in edit mode. Go ahead and hit alt a to deselect everything. And let's check all under our 3d printing toolbox. Check all and down here you can see right off Whoo, non manifold edge 694. So that means something's not right here.

So let's click on that button. And right away blender is highlighted all of our text here. And I did this on purpose because I wanted you to see that sometimes text is notorious for bringing in a lot of like geometry that's overlapped on top of itself and just kind of confusing blender. So to fix this, hit a on your keyboard, and that will select everything and go to mesh and do cleanup. Remove doubles. And notice down here at the bottom, it removed 347 doubles.

So Hopefully that fixes it, usually it will. So now let's recheck everything. And notice we have, you know, 600 non manifold edges. We'll check it again. And now we have zero. So that did it.

Now our ring is fully watertight and 3d printable, and let's go ahead and export it out. So to do that, let's rename it. This is gonna be PTT ring. And always do an underscore fixed. So I know that's the final, and then we will tell it where we want it final STL is great, and export the STL and it lets you know down here at the bottom, let's go check it out. So here we've got our custom custom text ring and it is our PTT ring fixed.

Let's double click it and open it in our slicing software of choice. And here we have it a little tiny ring With my company's name, print that thing. This is really cool and when 3d printed it will actually fit on my ring finger. So let's go ahead and prepare it for 3d printing. And there you have it, ladies and gentlemen, we have a really cool ring that you can customize the size or customize the text and 3d print for yourself or your friends. Or you know, maybe start a little business.
