About the Class
- Bio-Touch is very effective in increasing the function of the lymph system. It can be used right at home and easily be incorporated with any other healthcare protocol. There is no contraindication with any therapy or medications that you are using.
- This one-hour workshop was recorded live. It includes a presentation by Hillary Gooden who is a wonderful teacher of Lymphatic Health. She shares her personal journey and how most of our ailments and symptoms can be traced to our lymphatic health. She also shares a few simple things we can do to get the lymph system working better.
- The second half of the recording teaches a few sets of points from the Bio-Touch Healing system for how to help loved ones with getting the lymph system to work properly.
