Hello, and welcome to our next meditation technique entitled The flower. The flower is a really wonderful technique to use if someone is new to the world of guided meditation and healing. It's an introduction to how their internal process works. And it's great for releasing inhibitions, emotions from the past and the kind of blocks they may have. So it's also wonderful because it's a very non invasive technique. Your client or your audience doesn't need to reveal anything about themselves to you.
So you don't need to know anything about their past. And it's also very effective. So they should start to see shifts and changes in their life within the the week following the session. So, so here's how it works. So what you'll do is you'll take your client or your audience into a deeply relaxed state. You'll have them call up their emotion of interest, and then you'll have them visualize the flower, whatever comes to them with it, whichever kind of flower it is, and have them imagine that flower being very big.
And what that flower does is that it pulls that emotion out of their body, and the more deeply relaxed they become. And the more they let go, the stronger the flower poles, the stronger the flower poles, the more they let go. And so what will happen is that the emotion that they're feeling or the belief or the thought that is troubling them can actually lift up and out of their body. And so after the flower takes, it makes sure to have the flower dissolve or to explode into color or to disappear or to fade away. So again, it's a very simple technique, but it's very effective. So there's also a script for this technique, and we also have a sample meditation.
So let's go to that sample meditation now. Thanks
