Okay, welcome to our next lecture on the technique of creating a positive feeling. So this, this part of the meditation is very important, I use this in all of the meditations that I take people through, because this is the third are so there's a relax release, which most of our techniques have been focused on. And now we're going to go into the Replace. And replace is a very, very positive experience. So we're going to replace whatever they've released with a new emotion, a new energy, a new sensation, whatever. And so you want to make sure you do want to do this at the end because this is going to be a very profound and the healing part of the session that takes them into the new person they're going to be.
So it's very simple. All you have to do is to take your client into a deeply relaxed state. Use your technique Oh, Releasing whatever emotion or sensation or belief or thought that they've released. And then when they're done doing that, have them create a new healing sensation in their body. And you know that you don't have to say much more than that other than something like there's a new healing sensation or feeling that's coming into your body. Now, it's very powerful, it's very profound.
And just pay attention to where you feel it in their body, their mind will create that. So you don't really need to force them into that just kind of throw it a little suggestion out there and to see what they come up with. And just let them to allow that to sink as deeply as they can into their subconscious as deeply as they could feel in their body and their mind and their soul. And then to allow that to intensify to expand throughout their whole body. So there's a script for this. So make sure you add this one in all of your guided meditations.
