Hello, and welcome to our next sample meditation called freestyle. And this technique I used quite a lot when I was first starting out, and it's wonderful to use when you're beginning because you really don't need to do much. So all you do is take your audience into a deeply relaxed state. And you just say, what's happening now, or pay attention to what's happening now. And so when someone's deeply relaxed, and you're leading him into what's happening, now they can actually go on some pretty profound and meaningful journeys. So let's just get right into it.
So go ahead and take a deep breath. Start to relax. Close your eyes. Maybe Take another deep breath and I want you to imagine or to pretend that I've already taking you through Lightly relaxed state. Now we're going into a more deeply relaxed state. And then after that, we're going to go into the freestyle technique.
So just breathe and relax. Come very peaceful content. And if there's a pitch cut particular answer that you'd like to for a question, you can bring that up now. Or if you just want to go on a journey, that's fine. Again, just breathe. Relax.
And I'd like you to imagine if you can before you is a trail or a path And you can begin to move down this path in whatever way is most appropriate for you. Perhaps you're walking or riding a bike, or driving or flying. Just allow yourself to start to move. Paying attention to whatever it is that you may see. Whatever it is you feel. And as you continue down this path, I'd like to just pay attention to what's happening now.
Relaxing and continuing your journey. Just pay Attention. What's happening now? thoughts, feelings, people, events, just pay attention. What's happening now? What's happening now?
What's happening now as you continue to breathe and to relax paying attention to whatever it is you're experiencing. I'd like you to continue on that journey for as long as you'd like. And when you've had enough just open your eyes interest back in take it
