Okay, welcome to our next lecture on freestyle. So freestyle meditations can be very fun. So this is when things are kind of open ended. And you just want to explore the subconscious or explore explore the world of meditation. I did this a lot when I was first starting out because I thought this was so cool. However, it can be a little open ended, you might not get too much in the way of concrete results, but it can be very delightful for say, a group meditation or just maybe someone who wants to explore their subconscious.
So here's how it works. It's very simple. You take your audience into a deeply relaxed state. You know, get them to experience whatever they're experiencing, you can maybe have them walking down a path. And all you have to say is every so often say what's happening now, and they can either tell you or not or they can just get to You're in the relaxed state. But a few more minutes go by, so what's happening now or pay attention to what's happening now they don't need to interact with you.
They can if you want if you're on a one on one, and you can do that for quite a long time, you know, like 15 minutes or so what's happening now just pay attention to what's happening now. And what's happening now, so hopefully, they're going on this journey, and they're seeing colors and visions and all sorts of stuff. So again, there's a script for this, and then I'll take you through those sapelo, too. So I'll see you there.
