Hello, and welcome to the lecture entitled The three R's. What the three R's are the basic format that you're going to use as you're leading a guided meditation and what the three R's stand for, or relax, release, and replace. So what you'll be doing in the beginning is that you'll take, you'll be taking your audience into a relaxed state. So you'll start by taking them into a lightly relaxed state, then you'll take them into a very deeply relaxed state that kind of opens the world into the healing part of their psyche. And then you're going to find the starting point for the meditation session, especially if you're doing some type of deep healing work. And they'll be able to locate that sensation or that feeling in your body.
And knowing what you want to do after that is you want to release that feeling that thought or that emotion to help free them of that distress or that discomfort in their life and when that's done that will Hopefully stop repeating patterns that are occurring in their life that are related to that feeling, thought or belief. And then what you want to do at the end is you want to create a positive feeling, or something that's the opposite of what they just released and make sure that they kind of plant that into their body or into their energy field. So always want to make sure that your audience goes home feeling healed, relaxed, relieved, and just feeling very good. So that's it for this section. So let's move right along to our next topic. Thanks
