Hi, and welcome to the meditation for releasing stress. So get yourself situated in a very comfortable position where you can be undisturbed for an hour or so. And what I'm going to do is take you into a very, very deeply relaxed state. And I'm going to ask you to do something you've never done before. And that's allow yourself to be more relaxing and happy for. And the best way to use this video is I would use it once a day for two weeks, as we tried to unwind the stress permanently from certain parts of your deeper psyche.
And then as needed, whenever you feel like it, you know, on a regular basis, maybe once a week or once a month or whenever you feel stressed out. So and then what we're going to do is we're going to infuse peace on a very deep level. So just prepare to relax, to unwind and to really Let go for some deep healing. So go ahead, close your eyes and take a very deep breath and allow yourself to start to relax more deeply than you ever have before. And as you begin to unwind, and to let go, I'd like to read you a little story. You can listen to the story if you'd like to or not, doesn't really matter.
The whole purpose of this story is to help you relax. Can the years of doing this kind of work? One thing I've noticed is that for some people, It can be difficult to relax or to relax much more than you ever have in the past. And so as you continue to relax comfortably with your eyes closed I wonder if you can remember a time when you're sitting on the bank of a river or a shore Lake on the edge of the sea, just listening to the water and listening to the waves as they roll in and as they roll out Because it's very peaceful, to just listen to waves washing on the shore waves that go on and on and on. And just allowing your mind to drift effortlessly with the waves as you become more and more perfectly relaxed, more deeply at ease and that silence space in this room Enter up your big perhaps you've never relaxed this much before.
Deeply relaxed in a very peaceful way. Just letting your mind go drifting and drifting and an effortless state of calm. Perhaps you're having happy memories deep contentment of a time or a place that brought you deep peace kept you comfortable. And safe and deeply secure. Because one thing I've learned over the years is that everyone has a space they can go deep down inside a relaxing space where they can really let go of all of their cares. Volunteer worried about their concerns and just wonder and relax those deep, peaceful waves relaxation.
Maybe it was a smoothness or the calmness of the effortless water washing on the shore perhaps you could walk in the same leaving gentle footprints that were later washed away without effort without worry and complete and absolutely peace Just letting go and letting it flow the water that was washing on the show, relax. effortless and that peace relax effortless and at peace, calm comfortable and relax And as you continue to relax, with your eyes closed in a deep state of peace. I'd like you to imagine yourself if you can, above some beautiful and sacred place a sanctuary where you can go to be peaceful and free from stress, parallax and as I count backwards from seven using the words down and deeper I'd like you to drift down to this place into a very deep and peaceful state of calm effortless relaxation. Number seven. Feel yourself going down, down drifting deeper and deeper.
Six drifting down, down deeper and deeper. Five drifting down, down deeper and deeper. For drifting down, down deeper and deeper three drifting down. deeper and deeper into drifting down deeper and deeper and one drifting down, down, down deeper and deeper and deeper. If you're now in your sanctuary place, I just ask that you imagine yourself being in there as if you were actually there with every detail that you notice I'd like it to take you into a deeper and deeper place of calm and effortless peace. So you become more and more perfectly relaxed.
More and more perfectly relax more and more perfectly relaxed. Very calm, very peaceful and very deeply relaxed. Very calm, very peaceful and very deeply relaxed. Calm peaceful. Relax as you continue to relax, be comfortable. The peace.
I'd like you to gently focus your mind on wherever it is you feel stressed. It may be in your head when your stomach or your throat I just want you to effortlessly without effort without trying. And as you focus on that stress wants you to allow it to begin to move to unwind, swirling in effortlessly letting go as it releases It may take other things with it. things from the past. Perhaps memories of stressful situations alone emotion from the past people, circumstances, events, whatever it may be. Just let it all come from as deeply as you can feel in your body and your mind And in your soul deeply relax deeply at peace in your body, in your mind, in your soul and as the stress begins to fade away and to dissipate it may transform it may change, it may dissolve.
It may burn up whatever it does, just allow it to let go and peace bless I'm really sick over the next few moments and silence just allow the stress to continue to unwind and to release as a second to a deeper and deeper place of calm and effortless relaxation and very, very deep peace calm peaceful Relax. Now as you continue to relax Remain in deep peace. And as the stress continues to unwind and let go and release. There's something that's just outside of your awareness that's about to enter into your awareness. What it is it's a feeling or a vibration or a sensation. Very, very deep peace and I'd like you to be aware That now.
Pay close attention to where you feel it in your body or even outside of your body and allow it to slowly begin to work its way into the center of your heart. The center of your chest. Just gently place your awareness there on this piece it may feel like a tingling sensation Okay, peace Whatever it is, I want you to allow that sensation and that energy to start to grow and to expand into deeper so begins to penetrate every cell of your body. You can feel it starting to integrate into the fabric of your being. becoming part of who you are. Deep peace.
Deeply relax expanding and radiating out from the center. In the core of your being, moving into every cell of your body, working its way up through your upper body and into your head. Your brain can actually feel this piece extending up through the top of your head into the energy piece itself. And at the same time it expands through the lower part of your body. Moving down through your torso into your legs. Have your toes and then down to the tips of your fingers.
So that your entire being is this incredibly deep state of peace. And I just ask that you be aware of this feeling and this sensation for a few moments in silence as it deepens and integrates into your being deep, permanent peace Just continue to breathe To relax and to enjoy these incredible feelings of peace that go with you now into the very center of your being, to be with you permanently and to enhance the quality of your life in every way imaginable continue to breathe incredible pace There's no hurry at all.
