So welcome to our second meditation on transitions. And this transition, we're taking our audience from a lightly relaxed state. So you've read a script or a story to them are used to progressive relaxation technique. And now we're going to take them into the deeper relaxation technique of using a countdown or whatever method you've come up with. So here's the transition. What I would like you to do now is to imagine yourself above some beautiful place someplace that's safe and deeply relaxing.
And as I count backwards from seven, using the words down and deeper I'd like you to drift down to this place and into a very deep, calm and peaceful state of relaxation.
