Okay, welcome to our next sample meditation on the flower. So again, I've taken you into a deeply relaxed state, ready to call it emotion and use the flower technique to release the emotion. So go ahead and close your eyes. Take a deep breath and start to relax more deeply as you continue to breathe and relax. I'd like you to call up that thought, that emotion or that feeling of interest that you would like to heal, or perhaps it's a belief just allow that sensation come up to the surface. So it has your complete attention.
Not so it's overwhelming. But just so it has your complete and full attention. I'd like you to pay close attention to where you feel it in your body. If you could put a word or two on it, what would you call that sensation. just continuing to breathe in to relax. With your attention gently focused on that sensation, or that feeling.
And as you're experiencing that feeling I'd like you to imagine flower in front of you. Pay close attention to the color or the smell. Or see if you can actually feel its presence in front of your body and allow that flower to be big and strong. And this flower has an incredible healing property. A magnetic healing property. And what it does is that it pulls emotions that need healing out of your body to just allow the flower to start to pull.
The stronger the flower poles, the more effortlessly you release and the more you let go the strong Flower poles, pulling the emotion out of your body. as deeply as you can feel, in your body, in your mind and in your soul. There's nothing you need to do except allow the flower to do its work. effortlessly release as the flower continues to pour into sweat that process go on for a few moments releasing the unwanted emotion or belief to the flower. The stronger power poles the more effortless the lyrical until it's completely released. Just take a few moments and allow that process to continue.
And when you're ready and you can take your time there's no hurry. When you feel like all the healing that needs to be done has been done. When you've released everything that needs to be released as deeply as you can feel, that just allow the flower to fade away to explode into color to dissolve, taking the emotion with it, releasing it into the unknown. So just rest in silence for a few moments and allow that process to continue until you're finished
