So welcome to our next sample meditation on the curious mind. So just imagine that what I've done so far is I've taken you through the light meditative part by reading a story or doing a progressive relaxation technique. And I've also taken you through the deeper countdown relaxation. And so now I'm ready to call up your emotion of interest. So go ahead, relax, close your eyes. Take a deep breath.
And as you continue to relax and unwind, let go. I'd like you to call up your emotion of interest. The one that you'd like to hear And I'd like you to pay close attention to where you feel it in your body and just allow that emotion to surface. Not so it's overwhelming protests so it has your complete medical attention. And as you continue to experience that emotion, that feeling that sensation. I'd like you to gently rest your attention on that emotion and I'd like you to view it with a curious mind.
Isn't that interesting? That I'm experiencing that sensation It is so interesting to know and to experience that you are not that emotionally. You're not that sensation. It's only something that you're experiencing. How interesting how curious. Just continue to breathe and to relax and to experience that sensation with a curious mind detached interested in curious Just take a few moments in silence and continue to experience that emotion that feeling that sensation of a curious mind.
