So welcome to the sample meditation of finding a starting point. So what I'm going to assume in this meditations that I've already taken you through a lightly meditative state and I've taken you into a deeper, relaxed meditative state. And then I'm going to take you into the experience of finding a starting point. So all I want you to do is to kick back and to relax into experience what it's like to find your own starting point. So that you can take that experience to help you find starting points and the people that you've worked with. So enjoy it.
As you continue to breathe, to relax and unwind. I'd like to call up the emotion or the thought of it interest. Not so it's overwhelming. But just so it has your complete and full attention. And as you become aware of that thought or that feeling, I'd like you to pay very close attention to where you feel it in your body. It may be in your head or your throat or your stomach.
And wherever it is. Just allow your attention to gently rest on that sensation and if you could put it word or two on that feeling or that thought? What would it be? Just continue to breathe and to relax as you experience that thought, or that feeling as we continue our meditation
