Let's talk about the secret to productivity. So if you want to know how to be productive as an online entrepreneur, it's a really simple secret I'm going to share with you now we're going to look at what's called ADA. And this is a psychological and emotional process that we engage with in day to day activities. Let me show you that break it down a little bit. And it's gonna make sense. We use this in our marketing, but you can also apply this to yourself, which is what we're going to do here.
So when it comes to being productive, what's going to stop us more than anything else is distractions. Something is going to get our attention, we're going to look at something. So we're going to just glance at something it gets our attention and the task we were doing Guess we're gone. So it's like the movie up if you've seen it. And it's an animated cartoon and as a dog or the dogs, and every time they see a squirrel doesn't matter what they're doing, they're like squirrel. It's a squirrel moment.
And when we try and be successful as an entrepreneur, we've already dealt with intrusions. But part of that is keeping our mind on track, keeping our mind on the one thing that we need to be doing right now. That's going to achieve our goals. So the first thing we're gonna do when we see that is, if someone's going to interrupt that it's going to get our attention. Let's have a look at the next step. But once we've seen it, what happens then it comes through the eyes, and it moves into the mind and we start thinking about it as we start getting interested in that thing, in that information in that event, Whatever the distraction is.
And if we look at it long enough, then desire starts to develop. And this is where the habit is gonna start developing. This is where we're going to start picking up bad habits because intellectually, so something might be interesting, but it's when it moves to the emotional state when it moves to the heart. So, travels through the eyes hits the mind travels down to the heart. Now we're dealing with the desire phase. Now we're dealing at an emotional level.
And once something starts to take root, we'll start to form a habit what will start happening is we will start to want to do that on a regular basis, and that's how habits and a form. And then what happens after that is we're going to find repeated action, we're going to find that we repeat that action consistently, an action The activity of the hands. So let's just go through that, again. Whenever a distraction comes, this is what's going to happen. It's going to first of all, you're going to see it, you're gonna develop some interest, you're gonna spend some time thinking, then you can look at it long enough, the desire starts. You're going to get involved, you're going to start engaging, and an action is going to happen.
And once you've made the action effort has been confirmed. Your brain now has been told this is a good thing to be doing. You've just developed a habit. So here's the secret to productivity. It really is this simple. Yes, you can do less.
Yes, you can have a positive mental and you can do all these different things. But if you can control the attention, if you can switch everything off and focus on what you're doing, if you can control the eyes, the mind the heart and the heart. will follow and that is the secret to productivity.
