Hey, Juan here. And in this video, we're going to talk about how to get clients fast. And I'm going to walk you through a three step process that is going to allow you to quickly and easily start getting clients. Now once you decide precisely who you're going to be targeting, as far as your niche, as far as the target individual, then you want to go out and start prospecting, and letting people know about your service and how you can help them right. And there's typically two ways that we go about prospecting for new clients. And that's going to be through organic methods where it's essentially free when we had the paid ads version where we're actually paying for advertisement to get in front of our target audience.
So let's go ahead and jump right into this here. So the three step process here for getting clients fast is number one, somebody sees or hears your marketing message, your advertisement, this can be through like a Facebook profile post. Maybe you are In a Facebook group, and you're posting in there, perhaps you have like a word of mouth type of marketing message that you're spreading out there, networking, a Facebook ad, whatever that may be, right? Somebody has raised their hand and said, Hey, I noticed that you do X, Y, and Z and you help people accomplish X, Y, and Z. I'm interested, you know, what's the next steps? How do I learn more? Right?
So the next step is for them to book a strategy session with you. And then this is where you find out what they want and what it would do for them to have it. So let's say somebody books a strategy session with you, and they want to lose weight, right? They want to lose 30 pounds. So this is where you're figuring out finding out what exactly they want. So they want to lose 30 pounds.
And then you figure out okay, what would 30 pounds what would that weight loss do for them? Right? What would that mean for you to be able to lose 30 pounds. And so what you're doing is you're peeling back the layers of the onion because oftentimes people when they say like, hey, I want to lose weight, I want to lose 30 pounds, that's typically the top layer. So when you dig deeper, you really find out what exactly they want. So if somebody's saying, hey, I want to lose 30 pounds, that may be just the top layer, when in reality, they don't necessarily want to lose 30 pounds, they want to feel better about themselves, they want to have a better self image, right?
They want to be able to go out there and get dates, right, they want to be able to be attractive. And so the top layer is just about losing weight. And when you dig deeper, you find out that it's just, you know, not really about losing weight, it's about feeling better about themselves. So in your strategy session, this is what you're finding out. You're finding out what their challenges are and how those challenges are impacting them in their struggle to lose weight in their struggle to feel better about themselves, right. And then you're going to show them how your coaching will help them overcome their challenges, and it's their goals, we're going to show them how you are going to help them lose those 30 pounds and then feel better about themselves and then have a better self image, and then be able to attract that I do, you know, mate that they're looking for.
And then step three, this is where you have presented the value of your program. you've walked them through the different challenges, and you've gotten to the core of what exactly they're trying to accomplish, right. And so this is essentially where they're ready to go. And so you are ready to get them signed up, and then you send them over an agreement, or you can take payment over the phone. Typically, if you're doing like a Skype session, you can take credit card over the phone, and then you send them over the agreement in terms of service. But if you're doing payment plans here, I highly recommend that you do this through an automated payment processor, such as like stripe, there's pay funnels, there's wave, I mean, there's so many different services out there that you can use for payment methods, but highly recommend that if you're doing any type of payment offers that you haven't where it's automated, so you don't have to be following up with people to see if they're going to pay, you know, to make sure that they're paying, right.
So this is going to be your three step process for getting clients. Right, that strategy session is what these what selling your services, you're really showing them that you understand how to get to the root cause of what they're trying to accomplish, and then how your program right your coaching is going to help them overcome those challenges and achieve their goals of losing 30 pounds and feeling better about themselves and be more attractive to the opposite sex.
