Your self-talk can make you or break you. By uplifting, positive thoughts about yourself, your self-confidence will be high, and it will be easy for you to accomplish the goals you set for yourself in your life. You'll have happy relationships and a fulfilling job. But if you think critical and judgmental thoughts about yourself, your self-confidence will be low and it will be difficult to live the life you desire. Your thoughts will take you in a downward spiral, and people won't want to be friends with you or even work with you because of the negativity that you display.
In this course, I teach you step-by-step on how to identify the destructive thoughts that you have and how to turn them around so that your thoughts are more positive and charged with self-confidence.
There are six mind games that you may experience within your thinking:
I teach you how to recognize these mind games and the exact steps to take to get you out of each one so that you change your thoughts into life-affirming, constructive, and optimistic ones. You don't have to be miserable by being caught in a mind game (or many of them). You can turbocharge your thoughts so that you have high self-esteem and high self-confidence.
With each section, you will receive at least one exercise to complete in order to incorporate what you've learned into your own life. I suggest that you write the exercises in a notebook to help you work through the principles and skills I'm teaching so you can see where you are and how to apply them to your life and daily interactions with others.
