So today I'd like to lead you in a very brief guided meditation that helps you to prepare for the blessing part of your home space blessing. So we've already done the cleansing.

And this is how you kind of switch gears in the middle of the cleansing blessing ritual. And I suggested that you do this with bills. So I have my set of bills here. They're probably overwhelming the audio on this video, but so I have my bills here and I'm holding them in my hand And first, I would like to ask you to get into a meditative state. So what I mean by that is find a place where you can be comfortable. And I'm suggesting you do this in the center of your home or maybe in the center of the living room in your home someplace where you can be comfortable, that feels like a center place in your home.

And then take some really, really deep breaths and start to feel yourself kind of calm down. Maybe you can send your breath down into the earth, fill out your body, feel yourself connecting with the earth through your breath. Ah that feels good right there it doesn't. Another couple of deep breaths. If you've just done the house cleansing then this will give you Way to shift gears towards the blessing. So on this next deep breath, I want you to go into your heart and take a deep breath.

And what I mean by that is kind of like in the center of your chest, like you to take a really good deep breath into your heart space. Imagine that you can visualize the center of your heart chakra in the center of your chest. And with your next breath, send your intention deep into the center of your heart chakra and imagine that you are opening that space up inside you. Every Breath You Take now, sending your breath deep into your heart and feeling your heart open more and more and more. And at this time, it's helpful when you're open. Putting your heart to think about people in your life that you love or your pets.

And that's that's a great way to connect with your heart energy. So amp up your heart really feel your heart opening. A lot of us keep our hearts closed. We think we need to do that for protection, but they don't really understand how powerful the heart actually is. I have a lot of teachings about the power of love and the power of our hearts. I've seen you do amazing things and telling you.

So opening that heart opening your beautiful heart Now, the next part is a mounting with your heart has it's like a telephone to the divine. And the way this works is there's two ways to visualize this. If you are like me where you believe that your heart is connected to the divine heart, then the telephone is kind of with within your own heart chakra and If you like to think of creator or the divine being outside of you, then you can also imagine that there's like a telephone wire or telegraph wire across the ethers going between your heart and the divine. So, knowing, knowing the truth that you have that connection, knowing the truth that as long as you're calling the dawn's answering, then go in and feel that connection, feel that connection. So along that telegraph wire, send your hearts call out to the divine, making that connection.

And knowing now that you are connected to the divine, the divine is really listening to you. So make this prayer set this intention or or ask the divine to be available to help you bless your heart. And it's remembering that you have the bells here in your hand, asking the divine to come into the bells and into the sound of the bells and use the vehicle of the sound vibration of the time of the bell to bless your home. So this is the visualization where the divine can enter the bells. The Divine can use the sound and the vibration of the bells. And all of that will result in your home being blessed.

So making that connection with the divine, making this request of the desert of the Divine please use these bells as your agent to bring blessings and high vibrational energy into my home. Thank you. So and now you can keep that connection open as you go through the blessing ritual knowing that your bells and are going to be that agent of the divine blessing energy. Awesome.
