Hello, I'm also going to do the old route. Because in my school, I have mostly younger students, and I'm still working as a culinary instructor here in the Philippines. I love matcha. Why? Because the people, the kids really absorb it really want to learn any question they have. I love that small question as better.

That's the reason why I'm here. I want to fall over or over the world. I have a Facebook page and people asking me if I can teach them my skill. So how can I do it?
