The mind interface is like the software layer on the device. It is the operating system on which all different apps operate. can guess what these apps are? These apps are your thoughts. Every thought that you have every new neural connection that is made, can be thought of as an app. It serves a certain function in your life.

Now if you have positive thoughts, and happy memories, these give you a sense of LD. Whereas negative thoughts and negative memories memories of trauma have the opposite effect. So it is very important to understand that thoughts are things that thoughts are these apps which are running on this device, which is the brain interface, we can with practice, delete certain apps. I'm sure you've experienced your phone getting slowed down with a lot of apps on it. Or if you're simultaneously trying to run multiple apps, the performance of your device falls down. And similarly, the performance of your brain is going to fall down if you have multiple thoughts, then currently running your brain.

It has said that we have several hundred thousand thoughts in a day. an overactive or schizophrenia brain is constantly in the loop of this incessant thinking. Now some of these apps are useful to you. Some of these thoughts can have a profound effect on the quality of your life and on the direction of your life. There as some of these thoughts are completely detrimental to that problem. These other thoughts can act like viruses or malware, which end up infecting the very device itself.

And completely slow down your progress, if not disable you in this web of thoughts. So it is very important for us to be very conscious about the apps that are running on our device. Just as we close the apps that you're not using to enhance the performance of our device. We must close some of these thoughts to truly charge the performance of our brain so that we may use the resources to open and even install new apps. new and better apps upgrade the old apps that we've been using. We must flush our system clean.

We're going to learn techniques which allow us to uninstalls These apps to remove these negative thoughts to remove thoughts that are not serving us anymore. As we constantly evolved to this life now, memories are very interesting apps. We all have memories, we have happy memories and sad memories. Some memories fill us with joy and happiness and contentment. While other negative memories such as trauma can lead to a sense of negative, they make us feel sad, and hopeless. Now, what modern science is telling us about memories is fascinating.

It turns out that every time that you recall a point in your past, the so called memory you're actually recording the last time that you remember that incident. So you see if something happened to you, and the last time you remember that incident of 2010 in 2015, let's suppose. And today, if you recall that very incident from 2010, you are actually going to be recalling your recollection of that incident in 2015 and not the original incident in 2010. So, every time that you remember something, you remembering the last time that you remembered it. It's a fascinating game of Chinese whispers that we are playing essentially with ourselves. Which is why we tend to over glamorize some of the positive memories.

And at the same time, sadly, we tend to overstate the trauma that we've been through. Because we have an obscure vision of the past. That past does not exist anymore. Even our memory of that does not exist anymore in its truest sense. So what are these memories that you've been recalling again and again and again, which aren't the real thing? So it's very important to be very mindful about thoughts.

We're running with a mind interface. How do we do that? How do we realize what is real if our memories aren't real? But our thoughts are real because they're having a very definite impact on our present situation. How do we then reconcile this? How do we move forward?
