Let's start with a practical exercise. Take a sheet of paper, it can be a big piece of paper, if you have more than the standard is good because you're gonna have to work on it. And what I want you to do is create some people recommend, like your top 10 goals, right? But I would like you to do, like aim for 50 aim, really take your time and write down all the things you would like in life. Like, really close your eyes and think about it. Let your daydreaming happen, like kind of like you're daydreaming flow, and close your eyes, relax.
You should be like in a quiet space without being interrupted. Really, you know, close your computer, laptop, put it down. And really just write out you know, think think of picture your life where you want to be in five years, 10 years next year where you wish you were now but maybe aren't. What do you want, what makes you happy? All those things, write them down. For now just write them down and keep on writing them.
Down and whenever the reason I said you know, some people say 10 and I said 5050 it can be even 100 because when you make these like top 10 2050 hundred lists, what really happens is you will really surprise yourself how easy it will be to come up with 50 even though you think like, That's such a big number, but you will surprise yourself you know, later we're going to narrow the list down, but in general, why not you know, be free a lot of the ideas what might give you ideas for next ideas, you know, sometimes you some goals that you think are goals will show themselves as Miss goals. So and you're going to group them later but for now, you know, have at it. Just really let your mind clear your mind and let in flesh out all the things you would like for yourself, right?
These aren't your goals yet. These are your wishes. And so we need to gather all of them so that later you're going to work with them. Okay? So just do that for now. You know, it's just a good exercise for yourself like you kind of you kind of got to get to that Hold yourself a little bit, right?
So do that and I'll see you the next lecture.
