Experiencing some stress in your life is entirely normal. It is unrealistic to believe that you can eliminate stress, especially if you are a caregiver. You have your anxiety, that of your family, plus the added stress of caring for another who cannot care for themselves.

But how do you know if you are experiencing too much stress? You must know if your stress levels are too high in order to take action to correct it. Low-stress levels are OK, and you should be able to cope with them without much difficulty, but higher levels can wreak havoc on your body, emotions, behavior, relationships, and responsibilities.
