Bryan is known as someone who finds the negative in everything, but he reaches a great accomplishment. He finds the negative in it and that he is older than he thought he'd be or that others have accomplished more. He was often unhappy because of this. his mentor suggested that Brian tried reflecting for just five minutes a day on things he was grateful for. Brian thought it was a silly idea, but agree to try it if only to prove it didn't work. He spent five minutes each day for a week listing five things he was grateful for.
He discovered he had many blessings. He started to wonder if he could be more grateful in his work day.
