What kind of toxins do you encounter in your everyday life? Can you identify them in your household and environment?

Keep a journal for 1 week and record everything that you eat. At the end of the week evaluate yourself and see how much of your food intake is healthy and unhealthy. Write down all your unhealthy food choices and discover healthy alternatives. Change only one thing at a time.

  • Where do you shop usually? Are there any farmer's markets or food co-ops in your area?
  • Do you grow any food? Could you? What would you like to grow?
  • Do you take any food supplements? Which brand do you choose? Why?
  • Do you have any food-related health conditions (eg. Diabetes)? How much does that cost you? What better food choices could you make to
    improve, or reverse this condition?

  • What kind of environment do you normally eat in? How can you make better choices?
  • How often do you eat during the day? What time is your main meal of the day? How can you make better choices?
