Son, my illness is who I am. Or it's part of my identity. My illness is part of my story. Who am I without my illness? Being sick, gets me what I want. Being sick, gets me sympathy.
I will never be healthy. I will never be free from this. I'm a victim of my illness or injury. I am burnt out. My illness is a manifestation of personal issues. Fear of death, fear of dying.
Then on the flip side of that the fear of being well, so this is more so. So you have no excuses. If you have no excuses, then it's up to you to why you're not being where you want to be. Then as well as that we have this self sabotage, wanting to die or I want to die. There's a belief I am sick. There's a fear of leaving loved ones.
This illness runs in the family. So you see that like wave, all the miles get prostate cancer or something along those lines. My bones are brittle. I'm not worthy of being healthy. Fear of never getting better than the belief that I will never get better. So I want to tap that out as well.
My thoughts are keeping me sick name have just got negative thoughts. So that's just a broad brush approach to that one. So tap it out, that can be used for more than just be honest. I'm in pain. I'm in constant pain. Fear the new my immune system is weak.
You using my illness, to exclude myself wanting to be alive. I don't or can't look after myself. My immune system lets me down and then you want to tap on the issue itself was Bay cancer, influenza, chronic fatigue, whatever the case may be just the actual name of the illness, or what you believe the illness is. Just test that out until it's zero. Then for the last one we have my illness is my excuse from responsibility, self awareness, fully living life, new experiences or self reliance, any and all of those sort of things. So a lot of people can use their illness as an excuse for them not being self responsible.
It's the same when people take drugs, you know, it wasn't me it was the drugs like some people go, Well, I can't support myself because I'm sick. Or it's not my fault if I didn't have this damn illness. That's probably the last of the problems that I can think of here guys.
