And for the more recent generation, fear of being out of mobile phone contact. So those are really some very, very common fears that people face. So these are just basic stuff these you may or may not know why you have these fees. Maybe you had a bad experience with something along those lines, like a bay or in or heights. But they things can be bad enough to petrify people. So it's important that we eliminate them from our lives.
But as I said, these are just the general fees. These aren't to do with Anything or reaching your goals or anything like that. These are just little roadblocks. Say you had a very successful job. You had the fear of balloons. If there were balloons constantly in your face in the workplace, it's not going to be a very fun time.
