Hi guys, welcome back. So, here we're going to have a look at a brief history of Emotional Freedom Technique. So EFT in its current form, was popularized in the US by Gary Craig in the early 90s. Gary had a well paid job as an insurance salesman, but families I'm fulfilling so he left that to pursue a career in the health field, starting off as a personal performance coach. During his training in the health field, Gary trained with thought field therapy, or TF t, which would become the brainchild that he would develop at from he began to simplify the TF t trainings while in clinic to deliver in a way that would still achieve those fantastic results that he was getting with it, but in a much quicker way. After trying it in clinic He developed the first AFK course in 95.

This was an A video and text format that people could use anywhere. And so this is how AMT began to gain that traction globally. From there, there have been many people who've added little bits 280. taking it away, used it, Nick ortner is very popular prime example of that with the tapping solution. So although the formula remains very effective in the way that Gary developed it one of the ways that Gary would actually test Emotional Freedom Technique and they out in the wild was he would, you know, be playing golf if an associate or just having lunch with someone else or something like that. would ask them what their biggest fear was what was holding them back. Then, once he got the answer, would ask how much would you pay to have that issue gone?

Forever thanks I in numbers, I $500 $100 whatever, he would then write a contract and say, sign this, and that issue is gone. So he was very, very confident in his technique and the way he was going to be able to go about effectively eliminating that person's problem. Whether it stemmed from a deep childhood belief whether it stemmed just from something that happened last week, he was so confident that he wrote a money back contract during those early workings with EFT. And this is where we're at today. So the only limit is your imagination, which is where this course comes into play. As we go through all those different problems at the end of the course, so much so that the only reason you won't be able to get rid of them is just due to the fact that you can't think of the issue But that brings us to the end of this lesson guys.

I hope you enjoyed having a brief look at the history of AMT and its many, many uses and how it was developed. But that's it for this one guys. So see you in the next lesson.
