My story, What changing my self-image did to me.
Growing up I was an extreme introvert. My self-image was so low that I would burst into tears whenever someone said anything to me that I didn't like. I wasn't happy with myself. I hated myself. Soon I developed an inferiority complex, I just couldn't get words out of my mouth in the family get together or social meets. My parents started calling me dumb and this rubbed the wound harder. I went into depression and anxiety. Life was tough. I always looked down on myself, I didn't have anything to be proud of. My life was a living hell. One day I got fed up with this shit and thought to myself "if nobody gives a damn about me, why should I care about what they think of me?"
This brought in some ALPHA mental pictures in me, ones of rebelliousness, anger, confidence, and someone who does something without giving a c about what someone thinks of me. And that day I put myself on the pedestal in my own mind. Soon my behavior changed and my life improved.
