Once we have done the proper modifications, so, this is how the mess looks like. So, once we have done with the machine, we can choose the material. So, just expand here just click on it. So, here you can see the material here you can see the assignment the default material with ANSYS default material in ANSYS structural particularly what we got is structural steel. So, if you want to change that, so, before that, if you go here, if you see here, there is new material important edit structural steel right. So, if you go here, here you can see engineering data.

So read we get the material data, so, just doubletap on So, you might see the window like this. And here you can see the structural steel. In that here you can find engineering data sources. So just click on it there you will find different material categories. So you can select whatever the material category you want. So here just, I'm just selecting a material group from the general material.

So, from that group, you can see the different materials available in this group. So let's say I want to use aluminum alloy, just click on this plus symbol and you can see structural steel and aluminum alloy, this bookmark indicates this is added to our library. So, once we have added so, you can add multiple materials. So, just close this and just repress the project and go here Here you can see now the aluminium alloy. So, now you can just directly select that one. So, this analysis will run with the structural steel itself.

So, that is how we can choose the material. So, once we have done with the material The next thing what we can do is providing our constraint. So, before going to see the constraint So, first We help to understand how this rt collator rT is going to work in the radial engine. So let's see that. So particularly, if you see the image we might get the clarity on it. directly we can see the radial engine working principle also.

So there also we'll get the clear idea how this How to pour this on this articulated rod. So, so here we can see, you can see how the radial engine piston is going to walk. So where you can see these four are the articulated rods. So what's happening here and the compression happen? So due to the expansion of the gases, this is going to push back. So that forces is going to transfer to the articulator dot.

Once it has done and from the another articulated route, it is going to experience the push motion pushing force so That's how the forces will be accurate and articulated. So let's do the same. Let's try to replicate the case here. And so this is going to connect it to the hub. And let's look at it one more time. Then we'll get to know.

So you can see here, so here so this is going to be connected to the piston. So what we can do is we can use the radial motion here. So what we can do is click on the static structural, then you can see this command bar here, where we can Use the support constraints and we can do the load parameters. So, select this internal face and go your support. Here you can see the different support. So it is the cylindrical support.

Just choose the cylindrical support
