So what's the most important element the most important characteristic to every successful business person? Well, wouldn't we all love to know that I have interviewed eight different successful business people during the course of creating these videos. I've also talked to business people almost every day of every week of every one of the last 10 years since I've had a business. And I've got to tell you, that every successful business person I have talked to has highlighted some aspects of personal development as being key to their success in business. So what am I talking about here? It's different for everyone.

This is very personal, but the successful entrepreneurs point to physical development, improving themselves physically, point six spiritual development, improving themselves spiritually and then points of their families, improving their happiness, and always allowing time for your families or for your enjoyment, and not spending all the time working, which is very easy to do when you're an entrepreneur. And when you're starting and building a business. I think the most important things in business development is to look after your personal development. Don't forget about your physical health. Don't forget about your spiritual health. Don't forget about your family and the people and the community that you live in.

This has nothing to do with money. And this is the most interesting thing about business. that business is all about money, but it's nothing to do with money. And this is a really good example of that. The most important thing is your happiness, not your money. And that's why personal development is so important in business.
