Hi, and welcome to the meditation for releasing stress. So get yourself situated in a very comfortable position where you can be undisturbed for an hour or so. And what I'm going to do is take you into a very, very deeply relaxed state. And I'm going to ask you to do something you've never done before. And that's allow yourself to be more relaxing or happy for the best way to use this video is I would use it once a day for two weeks, as we try to unwind the stress permanently from certain parts of your deeper psyche. And then as needed, whenever you feel like it, you know on a regular basis, maybe once a week or once a month or whenever you feel stressed out.
So and then what we're going to do is we're going to infuse peace on a very deep level. So just prepare to relax, to unwind to relax. Go for some deep healing. So go ahead, close your eyes and take a very deep breath and allow yourself to start to relax more deeply than you ever have before. As you begin to unwind, and to let go, I'd like to read you a little story. You can listen to the story if you'd like to or not, doesn't really matter.
The whole purpose of the story is to help you relax. Can you years of doing this kind of work? One thing I've noticed is that for some people, it can be difficult to relax or to relax. Much more than you ever have in the past. So as you continue to relax comfortably with your eyes closed I wonder if you can remember a time when you were sitting on the bank of a river or a shore of the lake or near the sea, just listening to the water and listening to the waves as they roll in, and as they roll out because it's very peaceful to just listen Waves washing on the shore waves and go on and on and on. And just allowing your mind to drip effortlessly with the way as you become more and more perfectly relaxed, more deeply at ease and that silence space in the center of your being.
Perhaps you've never relaxed this much before. Deeply relax In a very peaceful way. Just letting your mind go drifting and drifting. In an effortless state of calm. Perhaps you're having happy memories of deep contentment of a time or a place that brought you the piece that kept you comfortable and safe and deeply secure. Because one thing I've learned over the years is that everyone has a space It can come deep down inside a relaxing space where they can really let go of all of their cares of all of their worries.
Have all of their concerns and just wonder and relax with those deep, peaceful waves of relaxation. Maybe it was the smoothness or the calmness of the effortless water washing on the shore Perhaps you could walk in the sand leaving gentle footprints that were later washed away without effort without worry and complete and absolute deep peace just letting go. Letting it slow the water that was washing relax effortless Relax, effortless and at peace, calm, comfortable and relax. And as you continue to relax with your eyes closed in a deep state of peace. I'd like you to imagine yourself if you can't, above some beautiful and sacred place a sanctuary where you can go to be peaceful and free from stress, relax and as I count backwards from seven Using the words down and deeper, I'd like you to drift down to this place into a very deep and peaceful state of calm and effortless relaxation.
Number seven feel yourself going down, down drifting deeper and deeper. Six drifting down, down deeper and deeper. Five drifting down, down deeper and deeper for drifting down down deeper and deeper, three drifting down and deeper and deeper into drifting down deeper and deeper and one drifting down, down, down deeper and deeper and deeper. If you're now in your sanctuary place, I just ask that you imagine yourself being there as if you were actually there and with every detail that you notice I'd like it to take you into a deeper and deeper place of calm and effortless peace. So you become more and more perfectly relaxed, more perfectly relaxed, more and more perfectly relaxed. Very calm.
Very peaceful and very deeply relaxed. Very calm. very peaceful. very deeply relaxed, calm, peaceful parallax As you continue to relax, to be comfortable and at peace. I'd like you to gently focus your mind on wherever it is you feel stressed. Maybe in your head or in your stomach.
I just want you to effortlessly focus on that stress without effort gotta try As you focus on that stress wants you to allow it to begin to move to unwind to the stress, swirling and effortlessly letting go. As it releases it may take other things with it. things from the past perhaps memories of stressful situations emotion from the past people, circumstances, events whatever it may be. Find it all. From as deeply as you can feel in your body and your mind and in your soul deeply relax deeply at peace in your body in your mind yourself and as the stress begins to fade away and to dissipate, it may transform. It may chain may dissolve.
It may burn up, whatever it does, just allow it to let go and peace. And really over the next few moments in silence just allow the stress to continue to unwind and to release Second to a deeper and deeper place of calm and effortless relaxation can vary. Very deep peace, calm peace relax Now as you continue to rely and remain in deep peace and as the stress continues to unwind and let go and release there's something that's just outside of your awareness. It's about to enter into your mind and what it is, it's a feeling or a vibration or a sensation. Very, very deep peace. And I'd like you to be aware of that now.
Pay close attention to where you feel in your body, or even outside of your body. Allow it to slowly begin to work its way into the center of your heart or in the center of your chest. Gently place your awareness there on this piece, it may feel like worn or tingling sensation or light or just the peace. Whatever it is, I want you to allow that sensation and that energy to start to grow and to expand into deeper so begins to penetrate every cell of your body. incredibly deep peace so you can actually feel it you can feel it starting to integrate into the fabric You're becoming part of who you are. Deep peace.
Expanding and radiating out from the center in the core of your being. Moving into every cell of your body. working its way up through your upper body and into your head. Your brain can actually feel this piece extending up through the top of your head into the energy piece itself and at the same time it expands to the lower part. By coming down through your car, so the tips of your toes and then down your arm to the tips of your fingers. So that your entire being is this incredibly deep state of peace.
And I just ask that you be aware of this feeling and this sensation for a few moments in silence as it deepens and integrates into our being. Deep, permanent peace and peace. Just continue to breathe To relax and to enjoy these incredible feelings of peace that go with you now into the very center of your being to be with you permanently and to enhance the quality of your life in every way imaginable continue to bring an incredible pace There's no hurry at all. Take your time to enjoy this piece. And when you feel like you're ready, and again, there's no hurry, take your time. When you feel like the time is right you can slowly open your eyes and gently drift back in to a peaceful world.
