Welcome in the first lecture, now we will start to make our actual cartoon. We got some reference images from each one. So we will choose one of them and import it to our workspace. All we need to do is to go up to the texture menu, hit the texture of button, and here on the left corner, we need to hit the Import button and search for our image. If you find the image we want to use, we double click on that or just one click and hit the Open button. If we imported our reference image, we need to left click on that and that will be our active texture.

Now the next thing we need to do that we have this add to spotlight button. We need to click that once And we have our reference image on our workspace. As you can see, we have now this spotlight ring thing, which has a lot of tools around this. Especially, we will use the scale to the opposite to and I think that's it. Now you can see that I can rotate the image and I can scale it. As you can see, this ring has a little circle on the middle.

If you drag that here, we can drag the ring itself. But if we direct that ring outside that little circle, we will drag the actual reference image with that. Now do that thing is to place our reference image right. I suggest that to scale that down around this and put that on the left corner.
