Hi guys, Max Jacobs here. And welcome to the third lesson called premium offer. So the purpose of this lesson is to get clarity around your offering. Knowing what you're offering is the first step to making a prototype creating content or making your first sale. Ideally, you'll have an offer the term the day, and I have that offer, and started curating your product or service. And by the end of this video, you've decided on your offer, the day and I and the outline of that offer.
But at the moment is a few common problems and frustrations out there. And the first one that I see, it's pretty uncommon is that there's a lot of uncertainty, you've got uncertainty about the direction you're heading in. It's like, yeah, you're driving down a road with a lot of fog, you just can't see through the fog, you're just unsure about the direction that you're heading in. The second thing is that there's a lot of average products out there, getting average results. And the third thing is that you've just got no structure, nothing to take you from point A to point B from one side of the bridge to the other. From where you're where you are right now to where you want to be.
And ultimately, you're just not sure where to start, you just don't have a starting point. But what you'll get out of completing this lesson, a number of things, and the first is that you're going to have a starting point you're going to have, you're going to know where the start line is, you're going to have a special offer, you're going to create your special offer, that becomes the main thing you use to help your customers or clients. It's going to develop the DNA of that special offer. And ultimately, you're going to have focused effort, really everything you're going to be doing is going to be focused and it's gonna be, you're gonna be doing everything for the right reason. And think about this. You only have so much time in the day, which is why you should focus the majority of that time to building one single premium world class offer, make it the best in the world.
Focus all your efforts to doing that so that you can help more people and get more results for them. So let me ask you this. everything up just said, Why is this important to you? from everything I've said, what has stood out the most, I'd love you to have a think about it, write it down writing it and keep that in the back of your mind as we go through the rest of this lesson. Let's go through the Kate principles. So, the first principle is decide.
Now the essence of this is very simple, you have to decide on what you are offering. What is it, it's important to decide because this is what's going to focus all your efforts. The second principle is business DNA. Now, this is principles about constructing new business DNA, which will be the backbone of your entire offering the fundamentals. If you have a business DNA, it'll ensure you you have maximum maximum results and you maximize your efforts and create exponential direction forward. And the next principle is prototype.
Now, the essence of this is the current outline, a draft, a prototype or minimum viable product. Doing this will give you the Action Plan moving forward with creating and revising your world class offer, it'll be a way for you to start gathering feedback straightaway. And the last principle is progress. Not perfect. What I mean by this is progression, not perfection. Now, the essence of this is, is to ensure that I get bogged down in the small details, especially at the start when you want to launch your business.
So let's go through them again. So the first principle was decide very simple to start on what it is that you are offering this way. This way, it's going to create a lot of focus around what you're doing. The second thing is business DNA. We want to construct your business DNA, the DNA of your offering, and what is it what are the fundamentals? What is it that gets people results, then we're going to go through your prototype creating it, just as it can be just an outline, the draft of an actual prototype or minimum viable product that you need to create something that gives you a foundation to move forward, off and ultimately adopt the rule that progression is better than perfection, especially at the start.
So, after everything we've just talked about, let me ask you this what has been most valuable so far? What's been most valuable out of this lesson? It's, you know, you're gonna retain 80% more information by Ronnie Danton repeating it so I'd love to know what you've learned so far. So please write it down in love for you to post it into the Facebook group later. But that's that's pretty much it for this video and I look forward to seeing you in the next one.
