Please copy and paste the data on Minitab to stat, control charts, attributes charts, P, I repeat, choose stat, control charts, attributes charts, P. in variables, enter call received for same issue. In subgroup sizes, enter number of calls received. Click p chart options. Then click the tests tab. Choose perform all tests for special causes.

Then, click OK in each dialog box, here you go. This is your P chart. As you can see, the data points at sample 13 and 14 are out of control.
