Hi, this generation, this is the third part in Section training, Employment Development, selling your product. Part Three of this training, the things you're going to be learning in this section which is entitled The Art of interviewing, selling your product. If you've done very well in the documentation period, the introduction, the follow up, none of that matters. If you don't do well in this section here, this is the deal breaker right here. In this section, you'll learn a total of seven key points. In the interview training portion of this of this section of this training is, number one, you will learn to internalize your resume.

Very critical piece internalizing the resume will learn the difference between memorizing and internalize it absolutely critical. You'll learn the research process how important it is to research the company and the position You'll learn the power of presence, positive energy and aura. Critical in the interview process, you'll learn to professional communication the difference between verbal and non verbal learning both aspects of those proper handshaking, greeting and handshaking. Also typical interview questions and you will learn some suggestions on how to respond to those typical interview questions. Very valuable tool you'll be prepared for every interview. And then finally you learn the structured responses how to keep from rambling.

How do you stay organized, absolutely critical and unique tool that you'll learn in the section, the triangle method of how to stay structured, going general to specific these seven points is what you'll learn in this section, and interview training. The homework before you even get to the interview process. There's some homework that needs to be done. absolutely critical that you learn number one to internalize your resume. What is The point of putting this beautiful documentation together. And many people overlook this very fundamental step, they don't learn the resume.

Some resumes are generated by someone other than the applicant themselves. They don't really learn the details of it, and they don't internalize it, you need to know how to speak that resume. Because the employer is attracted to the person they learned or met on that piece of paper you're in your employment package is what attracted the employer to you in the first place. So if they're that resume package or that interview package, that your resume and all your documentation speaks and identifies you as articulate professional, then when you show up, you must sound articulate and professional, any disconnect between what they've read about you and what you represent in person, you will lose all credibility. So it's so important that you internalize your resume, you should know your resume by heart. You should know the ins and outs.

You should know how to dictate everything on that resume, you should be able to articulate it deliver it without even looking at it. You should know your product. How can you sell a product when you don't know it. If you don't internalize your resume that means you are not really knowing your product and you are not effective selling it. If you are example, if you are selling a car, there wasn't much to know about that car. You need to know everything about the car, the year the make the model, everything you need to know about that car or you will not be an effective salesman of that product.

It's the same concept. You are selling this product, your employability skill, you are the product. So you must know who you are as a professional what you offer and what you bring to the table key in important and very critical point. In turn, analyze your resume. Now what does that mean? The difference between internalizing and memorizing, you can memorize anything.

Memory is only auditory recall. You can remember your ABCs you remember certain things that you've learned. But if you really don't understand it, and are able to articulate it and break it down and communicated, then you really haven't learned it, you've just memorized it. The difference between internalizing something and memorizing something, when you internalize it, it becomes part of you, you understand it, you can discern it, you can break it down, you can explain it. If you can't explain your resume without looking at it, that you don't know that product, and you lose all credibility. so important.

So the exercise before you go into the interview, is to practice communicating your resume without looking at it. Most of the questions that are going to be asked of you in an interview, the answers are in your resume. What are your experiences in your resume? What is the reason you came into this job? What is your interest in this position? That's probably in your objective which is on your resume.

You're interested in In developing your skill and utilize your experience to improve the quality of the services, you're looking for gainful employment in this field, all that is your objective. What are your technical skills that's in your resume? What are your experiences, which will be a question that may be asked an interview, that's all in your resume. So again, if you know your product, if you know your resume, you will be able to respond to those questions naturally, organically. Again, and turn it lines to resume, learn it, practice it, turn your resume flat on its face, and then respond to key points in that resume. Talk about your objective, not in a verbatim stages in your own words.

Read Pete, your your objective, and in your own words, describe your experiences without looking at your resume, practice this so you can be comfortable communicating your resume as well. If you're having a regular conversation with someone, be able to converse and tell all about you the product, you the professional by internalizing your resume. absolutely critical point. The next point in the training of homework before the interview is research the company and the position you are applying for. If you know the company's mission statement, how long they've been in business, what their key who they keep their key competitors are, what are the critical challenges that that company has? What is the environment, the product that they're selling?

Learn those teep typical products, learn about the research, learn about the company and be able to speak and add in some level of identity and understanding of what that company sells was the company's history is and also learn the company's mission statement. Every company has a slogan, a motto missions. statement, or what have you learned that and inject some of those key terms and sentences and some of those words in your responses. So you connect with that organization, very important you learn the company, learn the mission statement of the organization, and you sound very well qualified. You sound very impressive. If you know the CEO, the company, you know what the challenges are, you know that they just purchased another organization, you know that they have new business in a different city, you understand their challenges, you come with a very impressive sense of understanding of that organization.

Again, research the company. Also the position, what is your position doing Google search on the typical trends and the duties and responsibilities of your position? learn different terms of that position, that's the position may be entitled, for example, groundskeeper but it may be janitor in another You may have multiple names of the same position. For example, they used to call airline assistant they should call them stewardess. Then they became a flight attendants. They change different names you should be called janitors.

Now they're called facility maintenance technicians. different names have changed depending on the position so you can really understand what duties and responsibilities of your, your position you're applying for. Sometimes they call customer service reps. In another industry, they may be called team members.
