You're now ready for your Facebook tour. I'm going to walk you step by step through all the navigation points. Firstly, we have our inbox in the top left hand corner. If you click there, you will be going to where you will receive messages directly from people privately. They can communicate with you here about any questions that they don't feel are appropriate for your public page. Next, we have notifications.

It's to the right of the button inbox. Here you'll find out about in comments lacks shape. Next, we have the Insert button. This was a page full of great information. But as you can see, our page has only just started. So I'm going to move us over onto a page that has a lot more users and has been around a while so you can get a better sense of how it all works.

So this is the integrated marketing strategies page with 201 follows. And again, I'm going to Work through the buttons at the top. So in an inbox that's been functioning, you will be able to see that we received a message and that I was able to respond to it and that it tracks like your normal message services. You can see in post stickers, save files, creates appointments, whatever you need to do in an inbox. So here again, we're back on the Insert page, but you can see it's got a lot more information. You see the actions on the page, the reach the posts, and which posted better than others, or kind of engagement, so you get it.

You can also change the period from seven days yesterday, all the way through to 28 days. This will give you a better idea of what are your trends. So in the last 28 days, we reached 801 people and we can see out which one was our popular post. You can even compare yourselves to other similar pages, your promotions pages where you've done something that boosts up Post or promote a sent me such as you get more confident you can use that your followers others have chosen to see every post that you put onto your page that doesn't comparison to likes. These people have chosen to like your page but possibly won't see every post beyond your likes is your reach. This is the number of people that you can get to because of your likes.

It's very likely that that person will share a post, like a post, and they reach even more people. pageviews is exactly what it sounds like. And page previews is where they've seen your posts somewhere else. actions on page gives you an overview of what they've clicked. And then posts tells you what time are they online. What kind of posts are they like and what are your top posts based on reach and engagement.

Events tell you about the events who stayed on your page. This one doesn't have any videos. Similarly About the videos that you've had on your page, which ones have worked, and how many minutes have people viewed your people section as a fantastic place to get an understanding of your fans? How many women, how many men? What sort of age group and Where are they from. You can also have a look at your followers in terms of women, main atria, from where they're from.

And again, people reached so you can see your reach is quite different to the people that you have as followers. Local allows you to have a look at what businesses around you, you have and when that open publishing tools as next, this was a great place to spend time if you're doing posts and we'll talk more about the different kinds of posts in another video. There's also a library of your videos, cross posting and deed advert forms. These are quite different The header tools that you should do other courses on if this is something that interests you. And as I said earlier, a group is a space in which you can interact with other people on a particular topic, and you can link that back to your page. Now we hit over time To the right hand side of the top settings. It's a very long list on the left, but I'm going to walk you through it. General is where you find most things that we regularly need.

And that is an interface you come to very often once that set up, you're pretty much good to go. You can decide whether or not you allow your physicians to post to the page. Can they add videos, can they add photos, think about who you're talking to and what they might need here. Tagging ability is the ability for somebody else to get ahold of your page and Mark something as there's messages. You can see it half and you want to be reached and what kind of messages you want to be able to contact you. In each section, there's a tick block, you can click it and then click Save Changes.

Here you can allow people and pages to tag you and notify you that they're talking about your business. You can decide whether or not they want to be able to see your location. Are there any countries that you don't want your business to be viewable to? You can enter the name of the country or countries you can hide your page from these viewers. An age restriction allows you to decide who should be able to see your page and what age group is appropriate. You can have a look at the different section see got everyone, which is 13.

Plus, because Facebook doesn't allow it all the way up to age restrictions. Paired moderation also allows you to decide certain words shouldn't be allowed to be put onto your page. You can tap them in here and separate them little comma. Next, we have a profanity filter that you can turn on and decide how severe you want Facebook to be in managing it for you. Similar page suggestions includes your page and posts when other people are looking for something similar. So perhaps they're looking at other bakeries and your comm app.

You can post in multiple languages if you can do that, or they can translate it for you by turning on the automatic translator. It'll show your most recent comments first and if you change it And automatically Facebook will distribute your content for you unless you prohibit it. There's a number of other options at the bottom there if you need them onto messaging. Here, it's about when do you want to be available on your Facebook page? So you can decide do you want it to pop up and say to people Yes, I'm here you can text me. If that sounds appealing then to prompt visitors to send messages.

I've turned it on here. You can decide to use the response assistant who will automatically reply, saying a greeting like hi Katie. If you don't like the way they've written it you can create during greeting, but it allows an initial response to go out without you having to pick up your phone. It page is where you have a number of different settings that allow you to customize those tabs that are down the left hand side so posts from views, videos photos, and we can add some new ones a few think your business would benefit from them. I mean, add all of them to our page, and then you can see how they used. So events will promote your events, live videos will add your live videos, and so on.

All you need to do to add a tab is click Add tab, and wait and you'll see it appear. So again, you click Add tab, and you'll see it appear on to navigation. So I'm just going to go ahead and add all of these including the new one, which is Chuck. Once you've got them here, you cannot move them around and decide where you think each of them should be placed. If you want to really promote your shop, then move it up to the top. Perhaps you want to encourage people to use reviews.

First attribution is about Who is commenting on the page, I recommend to use the default setting here. Notifications This way you can customize how often you want to hear from Facebook, about your Facebook page. Have a read through and decide how often you want them to talk to you. Page roles tolls is a really important space to add other team members to help you manage your page.
