So this technique is on manifesting and also what I call future progression. So one thing that I didn't mention in the lecture is that what I commonly do at the end of sessions is that I will do a manifesting exercise, what we're manifesting is healing into the future. And so what I'll do is I'll take the client into a relaxed state, I'll have them release their emotion, that they're interested in healing, I'll have them create a new feeling, it's feels wonderful and very positive. And then I'll have them imagine going into the future and taking that feeling with them into a situation where maybe they would have felt trauma or stress or depression or whatever. So what we're doing is that we're manifesting into the future, but what we're manifesting is healing. So I'll take you through one of these little exercises and I highly recommend using this at the end of each session.
So go ahead Breath, close, your eyes will start to relax. It'll start to feel deep peace will start to unwind. Start to let go. And we'll imagine that I've already taken you through the beginning parts of the session. We've come lightly relaxed and now deeply relaxed. Now we're going to manifest healing in your future.
So in just a moment as you continue to relax and when I give you the signal I'd like you to go into the future to try out these new healthy feelings that we have just created. I'd like you to go into a future situation where normally you would have experienced your feelings of suffering. However, this time you will experience your new positive healing feelings in that situation. So using your imagination Going with your first impression. I'd like you to go into that future situation now. And just pay attention and tell me how that future situation has changed.
