Hello once again and welcome. If you signed up for the course then welcome. If you haven't yet, then I hope to see in class soon. So in this part of the program, I'd like to touch on just a few topics before we get started in the class. And the first one is that we're going to be learning some very deep techniques to open your clients up to their subconscious well, there'll be experiencing their deepest pain, their deepest fear and their deepest trauma. So keep in the back of your mind that this is a very sacred activity that you're involved in.

And you want to treat your clients with the utmost respect. And also remember to keep each and every session absolutely confidential. So the best way to learn how to do hypnotherapy is to experience it yourself first. So what I have in this course are a number of sample meditations and I'd like you to go through them all so you can experience them from preset Have the client. And then once you have those down, I'd like you to start to begin to practice with other people practice with your friend, your family clients if you have them. And don't hesitate to reach out to other students in this course, because students from this course are from all over the world.

So it's a perfect opportunity to learn how to run sessions remotely. And also, the sample meditations that I have are just thumbnail sketches. So as you go through them, and as you become familiar with interchanging them, start to learn your own. So start developing your own sample meditation, your own techniques in your own style, because you'll be a more effective healer, when you have your own voice and your own creativity behind it. And so sometimes, or maybe often or frequently in a session, what's going to happen is that in the middle of a session, you're going to need to change course and so you'll need to be able to use your intuition you're going to need to learn how to improvise, and a great way to do that is to start developing your own techniques. Now, also there are A number of nuances and intricacies that you are going to experience through the course of this training.

And so you're going to come up against things that you may not understand or things will happen, that you're not sure what's going on. So there are so many things that I cannot cover in the midst of the canned video format. So please, if you get stuck or have questions at any time to contact me for help.
